Ukraine Football Trial Tour: Travel with the Team This month

To be ready:
You need to have your International Passport ready.
These are required to obtain visas:
1. Invitation from Ukraine
2. Affidavit of sponsor
3. Letter of Invitation
4. Sponsorship letter
5. Insurance
6. Application form
7. Flight booking
You should be able to have the finance to fund all these documentations and your travel expenses.

What You should do Immediately?
Register and attend the one day talent assessment and Consultation scheduled for Monday, January 6, at the Former national stadium Surulere, Lagos.

Registration is: N10,000

To participate in the assessment, you must register before Thursday January 2, 2020.
