It isn’t all
about Boko Haram Terrorism or Militants and kidnappers in Nigeria. The country
made some giant strides in 2013. For instance, in the area of sports, Nigeria
won 2013 Africa cup of Nations (AFCON); qualified for CHAN for the first time.
All these were accomplished by an indigenous coach: Stephen Keshi.
This year
also, Nigeria sprint star, Blessing Okagbare, broke Africa women 1000 metres
sprint record. She also won silver medal in 200 metres sprint at IAAF meet in
Moscow Russia. Nigeria also top in World junior Athletic championship with 9
gold medals.
Nigeria is
on the verge of qualifying for 2014 FIFA world cup slated for Brazil. It means
that we can win the world cup in 2014. We’re the only ones that celebrate our
possibilities as well as imbued patriotic spirit in our citizens.
As we
prepare to celebrate our 55th independence Anniversary, Reach out
Nigeria movement has put in place some activities aimed at inspiring patriotic spirit
among our citizens.
Musical Concert in Lagos Nigeria
On September
14, 2013, by 12 noon, there will be a Reach out Nigeria musical concert at
Tafawa Balewa Square Lagos Nigeria.
It’ll
feature top gospel artists such as: Buchi, Jahdiel, Sinach, Frank Edwards, Joe
Praize, Eben, Ada, T-Sharp, and Chris Shalom… It’s one of it kinds. Buses will
be made available from Christ Embassy churches across Lagos to convey people thru
and fro the venue.
Community Development Projects
Reach out
Nigeria movement has already begun some community development projects across
the country. Providing such things as
Hospital equipment, Patrol vehicles and equipment for Police, building and equipping
schools with modern technological gadgets
In some
community at the rural area, Bole holes and pipe borne water is being
constructed and some primary health care drugs donated to health centers across
the country.

Throughout
the month of September and early October, Reach out Nigeria representatives
