7 of the Best Nigerian Football Club Websites (And Why they're So Awesome)
The best website is actually the website that has the highest traffic. Technically, it is measured by three factors:
1. Leads: Number of unique visitors that
subscribe or made inquiry.
2. Engagement Rate: Amount of time spent on the
website per visitor
3. Conversion Rate: Number of return visitors
or number of visitors turned into fans and customers.
This is usually as a result of a well Designed
(easy to navigate) portal that delivers relevant keywords and up to date
information, which draws traffic to it.
For instance, at the last Federations Cup
finals, Enyimba fc website recorded over 1.2 million page-view, with over 150,
000 unique visitors in one day. That Sunday, within few hours to the match,
thousands of Enyimba fans across the globe logged on to the website trying to
purchase the club's Jersey.
This actually was in response to an earlier
promo posted on the website, asking Enyimba supporters to come out on mass at the Teslim Balogun stadium clad in the team's blue replica jersey;
offering 50% discount sales to anyone who purchase the merchandise through its
website.
Unfortunately, not many football clubs in
Nigeria appreciates the power of website as an incredible marketing tool for
their club. It's amazing really, to find
that not many notable clubs in the county has a website. Even the few that has,
does not update it regularly.
However, we were glad to find 7 exceptional

Great post full of useful tips! My site is fairly new and I am also having a hard time getting my readers to leave comments. Analytics shows they are coming to the site but I have a feeling “nobody wants to be first”.
