Although, a pay cut from his 1.8m deal with Enyimbalast season, Ikhana remain the highest paid coach in Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

Ikhana signed the deal after discussion with the Chairman of Oyo State House of Assembly Committee on Sports, Fatai Adesina, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Sports and Youth Development, Mrs. Lolade Agboola, General Manager of the club, Rashidi Balogun and the Chairman Oyo State Football Association, Chief James Odeniran.
