As Chelsea were presented with the Premier League (PL) trophy after thrashing relegated Sunderland 5-1 at Stamford Bridge on the final day of the season, one man that truly lay claim to the victory this season is Nigerian star, Victor Moses.

You could see his fulfillment as he brought his beautiful partner and two children Nyah Moses and Brentley Moses on the pitch to join his team mates to celebrate the trophy.

Meanwhile, Super Eagles play maker has been hailed by The Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) after he helped Chelsea to win this season’s Premier League title.

Moses, 26, was instrumental in Chelsea’s title winning season as he featured in 34 league games for the new champions, starting 29 times, scoring 3 goals with 2 assists. The blues wrapped up in style as they notched up their 30th league win in one season against Sunderland.
