William Troost-Ekong Signs for Udinese, Ready to Debut This Sunday
Udinese manager, Julio Velázquez, will hand the club’s new signing, William Troost-Ekong, his debut in Sunday’s Serie A clash against Parma at Station Ennio, Tardini.
Troost-Ekong completed his signing from Turkish club, Bursaspor, to Udinese on Friday but Velázquez is ready to throw him into action immediately.
“William Troost-Ekong is ready to go. He has already played this season and scored too,” Velázquez stated during his pre- match interaction with the media ahead of the game.
“D’Alessandro won’t be involved tomorrow as he hasn’t been training regularly the last few days.Teodorczyk hasn’t got 90 minutes in him but he’s available.”
Troost-Ekong was part of Nigeria’s squad to the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia where he played in all three games for the Super Eagles.
He scored for Bursaspor in their Turkish Super Lig match day one fixture against Fenerbahçe which they lost 2-1.
