Amazing Way of Making Money, I Just Discovered As A Sports Blogger

Making money online through blogging isn't a mystery. It requires smart thinking as well as experimenting on several ideas to discover which works for you.

My name is Benson Chukwueke, founder and CEO, GreenHunters Sports International, a sport marketing outfit in Lagos Nigeria. I would rather you call me a football consultant than a blogger. Anyway, I'd BLOG and I make a lot of money blogging. I can say, blogging has been the wheel that run my digital Sports business. And I want to share my Amazing discovery with you here.

You know, business blogging manuals will tell you Advertisement on your blog, Sponsored or Advertorial posts, Affiliate Marketing and Selling your own products are the tested ways of making money through blogging.

In reality, if you follow text book you may find making money through blogging a mystery. Blogging knowledge/skills are different and blogging niches respond differently. What works for one blogger may not work for the other. You must come up with smart ideas and experiment a lot.

In my journey of making this an AUTHORITY BLOG, I started to research, review sports related products and recommend them to my visitors (what you may call OUTBOUND MARKETING). I soon discovered that most of the visitors purchase the reviewed products based on my recommendations. Then I decided to start monetizing my reviews in two ways.

First, when I research and discover a high quality sports product, I went ahead to approach the manufacturers or dealers and strike a direct deal to earn commission...on any customer I bring that eventually purchase the product.

Then I go ahead to write the product review with a Call-To-Action (CTA) recommending interested customers to contact me...that was it.

I first experimented with Soccerex conference in Lagos. Though, the organizers didn't pay me money, but reciprocated  (my delivering of five persons who paid £416 BPS each to attend the conference) by sending me such incredible Resource materials worth $500 USD, which I can say brought about the success of my football consultancy business today.

I made my first money recommending young players to Mildas Football academy in Nigeria and getting seven teams to participate in TIDA International tournament Cote d'Ivoire. Today, I have reviewed over 50 high quality sports products that bring income to me, even while I sleep.

Second, if I cannot get to strike an affiliate marketing deal with manufacturers or dealers, I rather review the product and package it as "How To Information"  ebook, then I advertise and sell it through my blog.

I have sold over a million copy and made over N2million in selling my 62pages bestseller ebook titled: "How To Achieve Your Football Dreams."

I have also made a little above N500k selling another ebook: "How To Get A Sponsor for Your Sports Program Event -The Easy Way."

I have other titles that are selling at their own pace too

Indeed, you should try your hands on this kind of affiliate marketing style, it work more for me than just placing an affiliate link or selling banner space for advertisement or waiting for sponsored post that comes intermittently to the blog. If that's what you are doing now, you may only be making passive income. Reviewing High Quality products can make all the difference for you, in terms of making money with your blog.

You can create your own product via ebook or software Apps. Perhaps, create an offline products and sell them online, on your blog. Then experiment on new ideas and make your own discovery on what works for you.
