Brazilian soccer star Neymar has signed a new partnership with mobile technology company Digible.

The Paris Saint-Germain forward, who was signed by the top-flight French club for a record breaking €222 million last summer, will work with Digible to launch the Neymar Experience app, which will teach soccer skills and provide users with various challenges, along with nutritional, fitness and training tips.

Consumers will be able to upload their attempts at the challenges to the app, from which Neymar will select the best posts and share them on his social media accounts. Digible will also provide the app’s most engaged users with an opportunity to participate in training or a recreational game with Neymar.

The app will be distributed worldwide in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and will be available for free on both Android and iOS.


“Our proposal is to make cell phone interactions more educational and fun, considering that people are increasingly connected and interacting on social networks,” said Fabio Freitas, Digible's director and co-founder. “It is from this perspective that we see the Neymar Experience platform. The expectation is that our user base in Brazil alone will surpass the two million mark in the first few months after the launch.”
