Mehmet Tayfun Vs Ramson Madu - Insider Revealed the Root Cause of the Graffers War In Heartland

...an insider explained without wanting to be named, that management is actually the cause of the cold shoulder between the two graffers...
Heartland of Owerri Technical Adviser, Turkish Mehmet Tayfun and head coach of the once dreaded Naze Millionaires, Ramson Madu, on Monday March 11, 2019, returned to their duty posts after a two-week suspension following lack of cordial working relationship between the duo.

The management  of the club had asked the two gaffers to step aside until they resolve their differences which was understood to be negatively affecting the club’s NPFL campaign despite a bright start to the season.

But after garnering just two points from a possible nine in their last three games in which they drew 1-1 in back-to-back home games and a 3-0 away slump at El-Kanemi Warriors, the management traced the problem to the door step of the two coaches who they accused of working at cross purposes.

“As a result, management asked them to step aside until they reconcile amongst themselves,”

But an insider explained without wanting to be named, that management is actually the cause of the cold shoulder between the two graffers It isn't right to bring a foreign coach to come and lord it over an existing Chief coach.

"You cannot technically demote the Chief coach to an assistant, even without spelling out their roles and expect there wouldn't be a clash of interest. What's the role of a technical Adviser? Is it an advisory role or is he the one incharge of the team now?

Of course, if you technically  demote an existing chief coach and make him work under a technical adviser, you are forcing him to eat shit. Now the team is divided. Those loyal to Ramson Madu and those favored by the new foreign graffer, Mehmet Tayfun.

How it is done in other places is to first sack the existing Chief coach before you bring in a new person to take charge of the team. Believe me this is at root of issues we see at the surface."

You are telling Ramson that he isn't good enough, he bears the grudges in his heart without telling anyone, but will be happy to see Tayfun fail, if nothing, but to prove the management wrong."

Maybe, management were trying to do him a favour by not sacking him, because he is a veteran that has served the club credibly as captain during his playing days and a coach who brought the team back to NPFL after they were relegated to NNL years ago.

Ramson should have humbly resigned to maintain his dignity, if you ask me, our insider suggested, But then there's isn't job anywhere else in the country."

The situation already has shown the two graffers will keep working in cross purposes unless the management takes a decisive action.

“Although, they have been told to report back to their duty post and let bygone be bygone. The coming weeks will tell.
