Legend Cup the grassroots football tournament that makes your team a millionaire club in 10 days, is scheduled to kick off this December 10 to 20, 2021 at the National Stadium Complex Surulere

The tournament just like BBNaija will be splashing cash and providing opportunity for players to get endorsements and maybe, call up to the national team. 

SAL-RUFF International, organisers of Legend Cup will be splashing NGN2 million as official prizes in the second edition this December 2021.

 Let's break it down:

Tournament champion: gets NGN1 million

Runners Up: gets half a million (NGN500,000) 

Best Performers

 1. Best coach: gets NGN50,000

2. Golden Ball (Most Valuable Player) : Gets NGN50,000

3. Golden Boot (Highest Goal Scorer) : gets NGN50,000

SAL-RUFF International company Nigeria ltd one of the leading company in sports promotion and management, announce that  second edition of Legend Cup will accommodate 24 teams in 10 days for the champion to emerge in a marathon and intensive competitive games. Teams may have to play every other day. 

24 teams divided into 8 groups A to H 

3 teams in a group. After the round Robbin, the team that top each group qualify for the quarter finals. 

Who Can Participate? 

Registration is on for semi-pro and amateur grassroots clubs in Lagos and across Nigeria. Under18. only players born in 2003 or younger can participate. 

Registration Fees: N200k (Two Hundred Thousand Naira Only) 

Note: Registration closes officially on December 1st 2021...or as soon as 24 teams complete their registration. It will be "first come and first serve basis." 

Benefit of participation

Participating in Legend Cup may be one of the greatest opportunity a young player can get to launch out himself and set off his football career. 

All the proposed national teams coaches of both U17 and U21  will be on ground to scout and perhaps, some of the best performers in the tournament could  get call up to the national team.
