Flying Eagles Head Coach Name Final 21 Man Squad for 2019 FIFA U20 World Cup in Poland


 Flying Eagles 21-man squad for the forthcoming FIFA U20 World Cup finals in Poland has been made public by coach Paul Aigbogun.

The former Enyimba coach unveiled the list over dinner at the team’s training camp on Monday, May 13 in Bad Goegging, Germany.

A breakdown of squad revealed the quartet of captain Ikouwem Utin, goalkeeper Olawale Oremade, midfielder Kingsley Michael and forward Henry Offia made the cut that was dominated by foreign-based players

Other squad members listed include defender Valentine Ozornwafor, who was named in the Team of the Tournament at the U20 AFCON finals in Niger Republic last February, along with attacking midfielder Effiom Maxwell.

The Nigerian delegation are scheduled to fly to Tychy from Germany on Sunday, May 19.

Nigeria will face Qatar, the United States of America and Ukraine at the tournament in Poland, with Nigeria battling Qatar in Tychy on May 24.
