AFCON 2019: Nigeria First to Advance Into the Round of 16, After Defeating Guinea 1 - 0

Nigeria have emerged as the first team to advance to the Round of 16 at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Egypt.

The Super Eagles defeated the Syli Nationale of Guinea by a slim 1 - 0 goal to zoom into the round of 16 with a game to spare.

The Super Eagles defeated Burundi 1-0 in their first match of the competition and will be playing their last group game against Madagascar on Sunday June 30
