Double Header Fixture: Nigeria to Play in AFCON and WWC This Saturday

Nigeria's women and men national teams will be playing very important match on Saturday June 22, 2019.

While Super Falcons will be taking on Germany in the round of sixteen game in the ongoing FIFA Women World cup in France, Super Eagles will be playing Burundi in African Cup of Nations (AFCON)  opener in Egypt.

Nigerian fans will be watching these two important matches simultaneously and many viewing centers plan to price the two matches together as a double header on TV.

Super Falcons are better motivated to take on Germany after many fans commended their performance against host France. Germany be in for a Surprise.

Although, most fans are not sure of what to expect against first meeting against largely unknown team like Burundi. But most of them believe Super Eagles can easily scale over the minnows. Of course, its not going to be easy. Burundi qualified for AFCON without any defeat...they also have some of their key players playing for top leagues in Europe.
