Truly, a lot of Agents are looking for talented football players across Nigeria. 

And a lot of aspiring footballers are looking for good agents that can help them jumb start a professional football career. 

There must be someone or some occasions that are designed to bring talented footballers and good agents to meet.  This is where we come to bridge the gap. 

GreenHunters Sports International, a Sport Marketing Company in Lagos Nigeria, takes several steps to help young aspiring players, especially those talents in remote areas in Nigeria, we help them to create a platform where they can meet top class agents. 

What we do is to invite top class agents and scouts from around the world to Nigeria to come and see the avalanche of talents we have here. But we do not want them to see every Dick and Harry. There are the "can play" footballers who may come and kill the show. We try to stop them before hand. 

Talent Assessment:

First, a player that contact us must register and attend our one day talent Assessment. Accompanying the talent Assessment registration is our eManual: "How to Achieve Your Football Dreams". Only successful players after the assessment will be allowed to attend our planned Scouting and trials programs subsequently. 

Scouting Events

During our scouting events is when players will have the chance to meet with top class agents, scouts and club managers face-to-face. Anyone of them that impressed will be selected and that will be the beginning of good things to come. 

The player may be taken to a club trials here in Nigeria or Abroad. If the player is so good that the club manager doesn't want to miss him, he may be  given a pre-contract document immediately. 

Trial Tour

As the opportunity show up, successful players from the Talent Assessment are organized into a team and taken to a trial tour or scouting tournament abroad.

 In these trial tours and tournaments, there are several scouts and agents seeking for some exceptional talents they can discover and introduce the player to clubs.
