Super Eagles of Nigeria Fantasy Team: Created to Play with the Speed of Light

The Half Back

Most coaches will never think of Super Eagles like this; playing a classic 3-5-2 with captain Ahmed Musa playing from the right wing back and Moses Simon from left back, and these two speed racers overlapping and running althrough the flanks for 90 minutes. 

The Defense

With a very rugged three defense-line led by William Ekong-Troost and stalwarts Chidozie Awaziem and Frank Onyeka, I can bet it, there will hardly be any penetration at all. 

The Attack

Then, such hardworking midfielders who can easily win the ball, hold the ball and start-off attack; giving Kelechi Nwakali enough support to bring out his ingenuity as a playmaker. With these midfielders you can be sure that workerholic attacker Victor Osimhen and the very effective goal poachers Odion Ighalo who are themselves very mobile and quick attackers, will such deliver. 

Modern Formations

Most teams these days love to jam-pack their midfield and defense-line to slow down the effectiveness of the attackers, but with constant fast breaks often coming from the flanks before opponent defense line can organize themselves, will see the defense line caught napping and the 18 yards porous. Odion Ighalo was the highest goal scorer in the last African Cup of Nation and we have seen him combine so well up from with Victor Osimhen. 

Super Eagles will be playing African Cup of nations in January 2022,with some of these players list in the team not available. But another big assignment will be the world cup qualifiers African Play offs in March 2022. And If Nigeria eventually qualifies for the world Cup, perhaps the managers may want to experiment of the worker ability of this fantasy team.
