Ahmed Musa was spotted personally handing enveloped gifts to a crowd gathered at his home in Jos, Plateau State.
The Super Eagles captain who is also Nigeria’s most capped footballer was said to have donated N20,000 each to five thousand people.
The former Kano Pillars star handed the sums of money to the individuals in his bid to support them in business.
Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa continues to support members of his community as the Fatih Karagumruk forward donated N20,000 each to about five thousand people in Jos. Artisans including tailors, bean sellers, shoemakers and a host of other small business owners were supported with such amount by the Nigerian international. Musa who is famous for helping the poor and sick, made this latest gesture when he personally handed the cash gift to the individuals.
Prayers upon prayers filled the air for the former CSKA Moscow and ex-Leicester City star who looked pleased with what he was doing. Reports also have it that Musa had on several occasions helped the poor on the streets of Kano and Jos and sometimes he had to get off his car to give to the needy. Nigeria’s most-capped star is also said to be planning to build an orphanage as he is poised to be interested in the welfare of the people.
