The Analyst Calculate Chances of Each of the 32 team's Winning 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - Using AI Model Stimulations

The 2022 World Cup is 4 months and 6 days away. The football extravaganza, scheduled to take place in Qatar from 21 November to 18 December, has football fans all over the world excited. Now that the 32 qualified teams are known, predictions are being made.

The Analyst, known worldwide for its statistics, has decided to take a stab at probability. By doing what? By using artificial intelligence to determine which teams were most likely to win. Of the five teams that qualified for the World Cup, Senegal have the best chance of winning. The African champions have a 0.19% chance of victory. Sadio Mané's teammates are 23rd in the list of potential winners.

France will go into the tournament as the defending champions. Les Bleus defeated Croatia 4-2 in the final four years ago. They will be one of the favourites to defend their title in Qatar.

But there are multiple other sides that will fancy their chances of emerging victorious. Brazil are stacked with talent and will be tough to beat.

Argentina won Copa America in 2021 and recently dismantled Italy in the Finalissima. Lionel Messi will be 35 when the tournament kicks off and will be inspired to perform in what will almost certainly be his last World Cup.

Spain, Germany, England, Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal also have what it takes to triumph.

But who are the favourites? The Analyst have used an AI model stimulation to calculate every team’s chances of winning the 2022 World Cup.

They have simulated the outcome of the tournament 1000 times and ranked every team from least likely to most likely winners.
