Why Utility Sports FC Terminated their Partnership with Dreams2Reality Limited

 


President of Utility Sports Football Club of Lagos, Lawal Abiodun has announced the termination of a sponsorship deal with Dreams 2 Reality Limited with immediate effect.


The two parties decided to part way after both failed to reach an agreement which brought their two years relationship to an end.


In a letter of termination partnership Agreement copied our correspondence reads that Utility Sports Football Club has decided to terminate its contract with Dreams2Reality LTD as a financier partner of the club with immediate effect.


Abiodun said he decided to part way with Dreams2Reality LTD because of their inability to meet the club’s expectations and thanked the company headed by Mr. Efemena Isaac Apoterabo for his support during the two years working together.


“In lieu of understanding between me as CEO of Utility sports FC LTD, Surulere Lagos and The CEO of Dreams2Reality Ltd under the watch of Mr. Efemena Isaac Apoterabo decided to part ways due to non-compliance of our partner promise concerning the growth and development of the club for some months now,” he said.


Abiodun however expressed appreciation to Mr. Efemena for his unflinching support given to the team in the year 2021.


“we as a team appreciate his passion for the club in the last two years but in the last few months we observed that our financial partner cannot fulfill its obligations to the club and it is necessary for us to part way and move on to pursue our dreams somewhere else,” he said.


Abiodun said he won’t forget Issac’s contribution to the club in the past but insisted that their parting way with them is for the betterment of the club.


“In 2021, Mr. Isaac provided us with basic needs which any team in Nigeria cannot dream of and we seize this opportunity to say a great thank you to him our prayer is that we shall not let him down, we shall continue from where he stopped to search for another sponsor who can tinker the team again to greatness in the nearest future,” he concluded.
