Super Falcons of Nigeria Have Qualified for Paris 2024 Olympics Ahead of Banyana Banyana

The Super Falcons have qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Nigeria beat South Africa 1-0 on aggregate to reach the Summer Olympics, after the second leg in Pretoria ended 0 - 0.

Hard fighting Banyana Banyana fell for the Nigerians well structured game plan.

Super Falcons high pressed the South Africans in the first half and was unlucky when Iheuo nodded the ball over the bar, what was a glaring opportunity.

But the South African ladies came smoking in the second half, but the Super Falcons have already closed shop. And if you have watched the Nigerian women national team in some of their recent games, then you would have realized that they are one of hardest teams in the world you can breakthrough their defence.

Nigeria will be playing in the Olympic women football event Group C, which comprises: Brazil, Japan, Nigeria and Spain. Super Falcons first game will be on Thursday July 26, by 7pm against Brazil.
