The battle of superiority between Kano Pillars and Enyimba, who is the true number one club in Nigeria rankings, may have set up a rivalry similiar to that of Real Madrid Vs Barcelona; and today we will be seeing Nigeris verson of Le-Classico.

Kano Pillars has won the Nigerian premiership four times, and dominated the league between 2012 and 2015, when won back-to-back for three seasons.

On the other side, Enyimba is quite superior and has won the league seven times and the only Nigerian club that has won Caf Champions league back to back in 2003 and 2004, among several FA cups and Caf Super Cup.

The pedigree of both team are re-sounding and may have develop stars of their own. Star striker Gabo Mohammed, midfield maestro, Rabiu Ali, just came back from CHAN...

On the Enyimba current squad, are some very experienced stars: NPFL highest goal scorer of all time time, Mfon Udoh, will be on ground to display his prolific act; then, Ikechukwu Ibenegbu, regarded as the most effective midfielder in NPFL today.

The game promises to be a thriller. Kano Pillars has an outstanding home record, over 50 home games with just 2 losses since 2010. Ironically, Enyimba was one of the teams that got away victory.
