Prophet of Faith and Victory Church foretell semi final berth for Super Eagles

- The Man of God had previously predicted President Buhari's victory in 2015

- Nigeria will begin their campaign against Croatia on Saturday, June, 16

Prophet J.K. Oladipupo of the Faith and Victory Church foretells that Super eagles will get to the semi final at the World Cup.

In an interview granted with Tribune, the Man of God said he foretold President Muhammadu Buhari's winning the 2015 general elections.

"I predicted victory for Muhammadu Buhari in the 2015 election. God told me Buhari had been ordained to win the election no matter what," he said.

This time round, Prophet Oladipo made it clear Mikel Obi and his teammates will fly Nigeria's flag up to the last four in Russia.

"Let me add this. I predicted that the Super Eagles would qualify for the World Cup. Now that the tournament is about to start, they will surpass the highest stage reached by any African team in the history of the tournament," he added.

The Super Eagles arrived in Russia today Monday, June, 11 as they begin their quest in their sixth appearance at the Mundial.


Gernot Rohr's side will be taking on Croatia in their first match on June16, then lock horns with Iceland on June, 22, before tackling Argentina on June, 26.

The three-time African champions have played five friendlies this year against Poland, Serbia, DR Congo, England, and the Czech Republic but have only managed to draw against the Robert Lewandowski led side and DR Congo in a farewell match in Port Harcourt.

However, Rohr has come out to defend his boys saying that his team should not be judged with the friendly matches. The German tactician stressed that the warm up matches are dress rehearsals for the tournament proper.

One thing going for this Nigerian squad is one team spirit and  unflinching support they enjoy not only by Nigerians, but by fans scattered everywhere across the globe. It hasn't happened before, in spite the poor performances in the several international friendlies, the whole Nigerian fans are saying undoubtedly that Nigeria will stun the world in Russia...and prophet said is a sign of the tremendous impact Nigeria will make in this year's world cup in Russia.
